Our windows got a big refresh at the end of last week. Still wanting to stick with the plaid we used for the Holidays, the red became vibrant pink. Pink & green has always been a preppy favorite of mine, and these have that in spades. Heather painstakingly painted the vintage brown wooden chairs we have had forever to fit right in to each vignette. The chairs pull the whole color story together. Then works by Hugo Guinness and Jeanne McKay Hartmann were hung that got the windows started. Then it becomes many walks around the shop to see what catches our eye. A sort of moving puzzle. Green gourd lamps and lots of Livia Cetti paper geraniums and we were off and running. Oh, and I almost forgot, pink heart shaped balloons!
