A Memorable Holiday Open House

What a fun, memorable day Saturday was! One, it was the kick-off to the holiday season with our first Open House. But it was also the start of celebrating the 25th anniversary of Watson Kennedy.

It was supposed to be a rainy day but that held off till very late in the afternoon. It ended up being a quite beautiful sunny day. Folks were happy—the energy in the shop quite something. Loved it!

Jeanne was in her ‘traditional’ spot surrounded by her works on the walls, with a vintage coupe of bubbly and a Murano tumbler of sparkling water. Also a tradition. She painted away the afternoon, which added a creativity in the air.

Mindy’s artwork in honor of the WK25 finding the perfect spot and a place of honor. We had tea towels made from all three of the incredibly special pieces Denise and Jeanne and Mindy made. Below the Denise Fiedler bubbly version. It was a day that was savored and will long be remembered.
