Peonies and Tulips

The white peonies from supper the other night were in the final stages of their dance, shedding petals as we were dining. These hot hot pink lovelies caught my eye instantly yesterday. Each day the flower stalls at the Market get thinner and thinner of buckets filled with peony. We are enjoying every chance we get and reveling in their sublime beauty. Here grocery store hothouse tulips saddle up next to them keeping them company. Above supper last night and below breakfast early this morning. Interesting how the light in the room makes the color vary tremendously taken with the camera on my iPhone. A happy Flower Friday everyone!
