Peony Dreams

Flower Friday the peonies in front of the house had to grab the top spot this day. We might be back in Seattle (I can’t wait to work the Pike Place Market shop tomorrow and see all the buckets of peonies before opening!) but the memory of the pink blooms in front of the house extra sweet as this was the first stay in ten years where they bloomed when we were there. The delicate flowers not major heat lovers, so the season in New York much shorter than in Seattle. TPS would clip them every few days and bring fresh ones into the house for me to play with. The beautiful pink a fun preppy mix with all the greens. The lions keeping watch over them which just makes me smile. Everyone have just the swellest June weekend in your part of the world. X, T
