Overflowing Hydrangea

The flower vendor at the Market only had a small bucket of these showstoppers. They quite literally stopped me in my tracks. Often there are flowers that they reserve for making their mixed arrangements, so they don’t sell certain blooms by the stem. But I think she could tell how smitten I was with these hydrangea. They reminded me of the overflowing bushes we have in front of the house in New York and are so close in color. She sold me a small bunch that are making the ottoman out on the island, as well as us, quite happy. They are the perfect Summmmaaaaa blooms for Flower Friday.
