Hawthorne Hydrangea Heaven

Flower Friday all about the stellar hydrangea in front of both houses that were just spectacular this year. The limelights are pretty swell every year, but this year with all the Hudson Valley rain followed by hot, hot, hot it was a recipe for blooms that were gigantic. My handsome husband holding a big bundle for scale. It has been such a treat to enjoy them inside the house as well. The hope is they will dry in place and become arrangements to be enjoyed for months to come. This often happens this time of year when the flowers have started to naturally dry outside even before they are cut. Fingers crossed!
