A Sunday Supper Table

August out on the island is an extra special time as everything is so lush and overflowing. The farm stands that dot Vashon Island brimming with produce. We stopped at two of our favorites on Saturday eve on the way to the house to pick-up pizza fixings as TPS was grilling on Sunday. Guests would be treated to a variety of four different versions. We had found a sweet blue gingham tablecloth in the Hudson Valley on a shopping day a few years back I really wanted to use so it kicked off the blue themed tableau. White dahlias dotted the middle of the table, dancing their way down. Splatterware plates picking up a mix of blues. French Duralex glasses in two shades adding to the mix. Monogrammed navy W napkins for WestWard finished it all off.
