As If On Cue

Flower Friday brings the perfectly timed waxed amaryllis starting to bloom as we head into Christmas weekend. We have thoroughly enjoyed watching it do its magic this last month. I have only started buying these little waxed bulbs for a few years now, but am completely charmed by them. The size makes them super easy to place just about anywhere. This one has made our meals at the dining table extra flowery as it has lived next to a big pot of paperwhites that have also been quite something. They have been the perfect duo.
