A Moment In Time

I was walking around straightening up displays at the Market shop yesterday when I spotted that the amaryllis had opened in all of its beauty. I quickly moved it right by the door so everyone could enjoy it upon entering or departing the shop. A few green vintage mercury glass ball ornaments to jazz it up a bit so the heavy stems were a bit more stable and folks were not looking at right into the top of the pot. A Champagne bucket the vessel holding it all in place. The courtyard looking especially festive this season.
